How do I create an account?
Tap "Sign Up" on the login screen. Enter your name, email, and a password (at least 6 characters). You'll be signed in automatically after creating your account.
How do I post an item for sale?
Tap the "Sell" tab at the bottom, fill in the details (title, price, category, condition, photos, and pickup location), then tap "Post Item." Your listing will appear in Browse and on the Map for other users.
How do I contact a seller?
Open any listing and tap "Message Seller." This starts a conversation in the Chats tab where you can discuss details and arrange pickup.
Is BabyPass free?
Yes! BabyPass is completely free to download and use. There are no fees for posting or buying items.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link from Firebase.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion, email us at jasminewang0429@gmail.com and we'll remove your account and associated data.
